Women in Agile Japan
Throughout life, there are times when we experience a 'subtle discomfort.' Initially, this discomfort may linger in our minds as something odd, but over time, accepting this discomfort becomes natural. Eventually, we even start to think that maybe it's ourselves who are odd for feeling this discomfort, and we begin to suppress our sensitivity to it.
We should cherish the part of us that feels this 'subtle discomfort.' It's important to convey and courageously share the idea that feeling this discomfort is not strange at all—it's significant. Beyond that small step forward lies a team that generates new innovations. For such a team, it's essential to honor the decision not to suppress this discomfort and to have leaders who embody this principle.
Sending out 100 such leaders into Japan is the mission of Women in Agile Japan. These leaders respect and embody the idea of not suppressing the 'subtle discomfort.'
What is the 'subtle discomfort' you are experiencing? Have you ever suppressed a 'subtle discomfort' within you?
Can you recall the time when you felt this 'subtle discomfort'?
If you realize you've forgotten, take this day as an opportunity to remember. And do share it with the companions around you. May today's session serve as a catalyst for your own realizations and for those around you.
